Please read this agreement carefully before using any portion of this website.  By using any portion of this site, you acknowledge the following agreement. The information and services listed on this site are provided by Rentals Made Easy LLC.  By accessing and using this site, you agree to the terms and conditions below.

NOTICE TO ALL RENTERS

Rentals Made Easy assumes no responsibility and in no way warrants the accuracy of the information contained in any of the pages published on Rentals Made Easy. None of the information contained in any Rentals Made Easy Internet publication is confirmed or warranted in any way. We highly recommend potential Renters conduct their own research regarding any and all advertising on Rentals Made Easy including, but not limited to:
 
  • Obtain references from past renters.
     
  • Visual inspection by requesting additional photos from the owner/manager.
     
  • Request a copy of all advertisers policies.
     
  • Insist on a property lease/rental agreement.
     
  • Request the street address of the property rented and look it up on one of the internet based map sites, such as mapquest.com.
     
  • Ask the owner where else the property is advertised (established) on the Internet.
     
  • Always speak to the owner by phone before sending any money.
     
  • If paying by Check or Money Order, take additional precautions and try to avoid using wire transfers.

    For additional protection, check with the local Better Business Bureaus and/or Purchase Trip Insurance.

    Rentals Made Easy highly recommends that renters ask for and receive, review and understand a written notice of the Refund/Cancellation policy from the advertiser. Rentals Made Easy is not responsible for the refund of rental fees for any reason.

    Renters assume all liability for use of any information found in the Rentals Made Easy Internet publication. By using or continuing to use the services of Rentals Made Easy you agree to the terms and conditions of this disclaimer.

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT THE LIMITATIONS SET FORTH ABOVE ARE FUNDAMENTAL ELEMENTS OF THIS AGREEMENT AND THE SITE WOULD NOT BE PROVIDED TO YOU ABSENT SUCH LIMITATIONS.     Indemnification

    Proprietary Rights

    All materials on this site, including property information and photos, (as well as the organization and layout of the site) are owned and copyrighted by Rentals Made Easy LLC or its suppliers and may be accessed, downloaded or printed for your personal non-commercial use only. Without the prior written permission of Rentals Made Easy LLC or its suppliers, you may not copy, distribute or transfer any material on this site, except for property information and photos, for in whole or in part.

    Changes to Site

    Rentals Made Easy LLC and its suppliers may make improvements or changes in the information, services, products, and other materials on this site, or terminate this site, at any time without notice. Rentals Made Easy LLC may modify this agreement at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting of the modified agreement. Accordingly, you agree to review the agreement periodically, and your continued access or use of this site shall be deemed your acceptance of the modified agreement.

    Miscellaneous

    This agreement and the resolution of any dispute related to this Agreement or the site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New York, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Rentals Made Easy LLC's failure to insist upon strict enforcement of any provision of this agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Any legal action or proceeding between Rentals Made Easy LLC and you related to this agreement shall be brought exclusively in a federal or state court of competent jurisdiction sitting in New York, County of Monroe and/or the Western District of New York.

Rentals Made Easy LLC does not endorse any such sites or the information, material, products or services contained on or accessible through the sites, and you access and use such sites, including information, material, products and services therein, solely at your own risk.  We do not allow links from any property listings to outside webpages.

    Property Listings

    Owners are responsible for the accuracy of the information on their property listings. Owners who provide photos to be used assert that the photos are their own property and these same owners have the publishing rights to said photos. Rentals Made Easy LLC is not responsible for any action, or omission of action, by any renter obtained by the use of this site.

    Acceptable Content Policy

    These policies are established in order to preserve a fair and orderly site for the advertisement of vacation rental properties AND in order to maintain a "family friendly" environment.  Note that these policies are subject to periodic review and may be updated at any time.

    • There are specific locations for the inclusion of web addresses and e-mail addresses in the listings. All Web Addresses or Links must be approved and must reside only the authorized "Links to more information" section of the ad. Email Addresses and Phone Numbers must reside only in the authorized locations within the listing. All other references to specific web addresses, web sites, email addresses or phone numbers are not considered acceptable content and may be removed WITHOUT NOTICE.
    • All listings on Rentals Made Easy must be considered safe for all ages.  Rentals Made Easy does not allow any references to any sexual content, violence, improper language or racially inappropriate comments.  Any reference to the unacceptable content will be removed as the owners of Rentals Made Easy see fit.  It is the sole discretion of the owners of Rentals Made Easy as to what is considered inappropriate content.
