Amenities - RME is not picture driven.  What this means is that the way to move up the search listing is to list amenities, not by pictures.  Many of our competitors rank the properties by the number of pictures they purchase.  This gives all of our members an equal chance to be listed at the top of their respective area. We do allow the purchase of additional photos, we just do not require it for higher search returns.

Availability Calendar - Rentors.org provides an incredibly useful tool for vacation properties.  One of the best features is that it can be used on multiple sites, and still maintain all of the bookings within one location.  RME is exploring the idea of making the use of Availability Calendars a requirement on the site.  Over 65% of the properties listed here do not have calendars listed.
